Acceptance
By creating an Orbitrip account or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Orbitrip provides software for managing charter fleets, bookings, trips, crew, and guests. We provide the service “as is” and will use reasonable effort to keep it available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for anything done with your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data
You own the data you put into Orbitrip. We process it on your behalf according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data about your customers, guests, or crew that you upload was lawfully collected.
Acceptable use
Do not use Orbitrip to break the law, to attack our infrastructure, to send spam, or to upload content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Orbitrip's liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
