Who we are

Orbitrip is a charter-fleet management platform operated from Croatia. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you sign in to Orbitrip and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, profile picture (from your Google / Microsoft / Apple sign-in, or whatever you enter yourself).
• Operational data you put into the app: vessels, trips, bookings, guests, crew, finance entries.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and debugging.

How we use it

To provide the service: authenticate you, show you and your organization the data you create, send you transactional emails (invitations, password resets, trip notifications). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of vendors to run Orbitrip: WorkOS (authentication), Neon (database hosting, EU region), Vercel (application hosting), Convex (real-time messaging), Resend (transactional email), UploadThing (file uploads).

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
